My last Native Medicine Teach passed in 2016. He said that we will choose how this comes down, the earth will flip us or it will not, it is about us getting our shit together and focusing on what matters which is the earth, food and working together. BRIDGENIT

The ninth and final sign of destruction is described by White Feather (via Waters) as, “You will hear of a dwelling-place in the heavens, above the earth, that shall fall with a great crash. It will appear as a blue star. Very soon after this, the ceremonies of my people will cease”.^[This idea of the Blue Star Kachina marking the end of all Hopi rituals is reflected in Waters’ book, Book of the Hopi, in which he states, “The end of all Hopi ceremonialism will come when a Kachina removes his mask during a dance in the plaza before uninitiated children.” This absence of Hopi ceremonialism will coincide with the destruction of the Fourth World. Waters suggested that World War III will begin and the United States will be ripped apart by war, leaving only the Hopis and their homeland intact. The war of the end of the world is described by Waters as “a spiritual conflict with material matters”.

According to Hopi prophecy (as reported by Waters), shortly after the Blue Star Kachina is visible to all and the Day of Purification is realized, the True White Brother will come to earth in search of Hopi “who steadfastly adhere to their ancient teachings.”It is said that if the True White Brother fails in his mission and is unable to find uncorrupted men and women, that the earth will be completely destroyed and none will be spared. However, if successful in bringing the symbols and finding those who still follow the true Hopi way of life, the world will be created anew and all the faithful will be saved from destruction.

Unattached Heartbeat

Last night I had a one of my DOODEEEDOODEE moments. I crawled in bed positioning for a good sleep, was extreme quiet in the city. I could feel tension forming in my body I could feel a potential panic attack coming on.

Panic symptoms for me are outer world energies that I become aware of, they can be good or bad, but very intense. I have learned over my life how to clear stabilize such energies for the great good. When the energy came on and over me, I was already laying down, I relax my body and started doing deep breathing work with a gentle aww at exhale until the energy on the outside and the inside neutralized.

I started to venture into the void the place before you sleep and before you wake up. I was abruptly pulled back to the daydream and I could hear a very loud unattached heartbeat coming from the direction of the room on the southwest. It held my full attention, I did not get the exact amount of beats would have given me some more information about the event. The heart beats about 15 of them came and went.

I am looking for a sign today, something big…

Something is letting me know it is fully alive, born, I am assuming it was the sign that the energy I released and it allowed the heartbeat to wake up, become unblocked, I feel that it is from the earth and the cosmos.

Awaking, Renewal, Regeneration, Resurrection, Restoration, Reignition

It is always a new day when you get it, treat it as such, a new day to choose to be new without the past. Learn to not drag your past into your new day. Each day make the changes that come to you, to progress to the ability to get up and live the day as it is new.

“This moment humanity is going through can now be seen as a portal and as a hole.

The decision to fall into the hole or go through the portal is up to you.

If you repent of the problem and consume the news 24 hours a day, with little energy, nervous all the time, with pessimism, you will fall into the hole. But if you take this opportunity to look at yourself, rethink life and death, take care of yourself and others, you will cross the portal.

Take care of your homes, take care of your body. Connect with your spiritual House.

When you are taking care of yourselves, you are taking care of everything else. Do not lose the spiritual dimension of this crisis, have the eagle aspect, that from above, and see the whole; see more broadly.

There is a social demand in this crisis, but there is also a spiritual demand. The two go hand in hand. Without the social dimension, we fall into fanaticism. But without the spiritual dimension, we fall into pessimism and lack of meaning.

You were prepared to go through this crisis. Take your toolbox and use all the tools available to you.

Learn about resistance of the indigenous and African peoples: we have always been and continue to be exterminated. But we still haven’t stopped singing, dancing, lighting a fire and having fun. Don’t feel guilty about being happy during this difficult time.

You do not help at all being sad and without energy. You help if good things emanate from the Universe now. It is through joy that one resists. Also, when the storm passes, each of you will be very important in the reconstruction of this new world.

You need to be well and strong. And, for that, there is no other way than to maintain a beautiful, happy and bright vibration. This has nothing to do with alienation.

This is a resistance strategy. In shamanism, there is a rite of passage called the quest for vision. You spend a few days alone in the forest, without water, without food, without protection. When you cross this portal, you get a new vision of the world, because you have faced your fears, your difficulties …

This is what is asked of you:

Allow yourself to take advantage of this time to perform your vision seeking rituals. What world do you want to build for you? For now, this is what you can do: serenity in the storm. Calm down, pray every day. Establish a routine to meet the sacred every day.

Good things emanate; what you emanate now is the most important thing. And sing, dance, resist through art, joy, faith and love. ”

Learn tools and practices for Energy Screening & Energy Netting

Screening and Netting are Energy Healing Techniques that are specific to the Teachings and Training Taught to Bridgette during a year-long apprenticeship with a Lakota-Sioux Medicine Woman 28 years ago. Bridgette has since that time developed her own usages, style, and formats in using these tools that were taught to her. These tools are one of a kind.

Certification will be offered for completion of classes and a six-month online apprenticeship with Bridgette. You would have to do at least two individual sessions with Bridgette for training a month, twelve sessions total over 6 months, as well as complete the practices assigned. Each Session will be $50 per or pay in bulk for the whole apprenticeship and you will get a discount of $10 per session, $20 per month.

Bridgette has been using energy arts since she was born and has been gifted many teachers along her life road. She has used many of the arts, tools, and teachings in her private practice for almost 30 years. Bridgette works on people in person and online. Bridgette is a Traditional Osteopath, Structural Medicine, Energy Medicine, Acupuncturist, Farmacist, Nutritionalist, she works with the soil, land, people, and animals and she is biodynamically trained. Her long term focus is large scale land restoration to health this world.

Lightening Does Strike in Our Same Places…

Lately, I have been getting extra hammered with realities of this reality. A few weeks ago I was attacked my body died, I was still attached to it, took some work about five days for my entire body to come back to life. Though I think this is an important story to tell today is not the time for that full story. It is about the story that we cannot live in a dead body or the dead body being the end to this life that is important, this is not a fact our bodies are more like cars break down, getting fixed and coming back to what seems like a life form.

What we are told over and over we believe and this gives us s sense of control over this experience we are participating in for whatever reason. We are set up early to have a set of beliefs about this experience we think we are having.

What I want to covey today is the statements of lies of belief systems we have that say this experience is this only, we after years finally accept that. I had a text chat with my amazing friend Jannie this am, a story, teaching she gave me because of my experiences as of late that are really pushing me beyond coping (which is shared further down). I have really been working with my teachings of the illusions or the smoky mirror of unclear, shadowed projections that come from the shallow murky system that we are trained to believe. My personal smoky mirror is shattering. We can shatter with the mirror of illusions when revealed to us the greater picture of truth that stands behind it. The lightning strikes us and we bend, break shatter to the projections of beliefs we think we know or see in the mirror when the shattering that should take place should be the mirror so we can clearly see what is behind it. We can suffer major damage physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. We forget in it all how protected we are in the process because of the smoky mirror we are looking into.

Lightning never strikes in the same place twice is the false belief, the truth is that we can on many levels be struck over and over again, out of the blue by lightning, whether lightning shows up as a sparks of passion to do something else with our lives and the next day we get fired and have no idea why? Can be mental clarity about something that has plagued us a lifetime and we now become free of it. A major health issue, abuse, loss of a job or general unexpected suffering. Lightening medicine can strike anywhere at any time in any form. It can kill, destroy or produce life as it pulls nitrogen out of the cosmos and pounds it into the earth to give nutrient to life.

The lie, the mirror projection is that lightning does not strike in the same place, so we never expect it and are destroyed, overwhelmed and fall apart when it happens. If we were trained in the truth, we could use critical thinking, spiritual training and be taught the truth, we would be prepared and not crumpled under the unexpected. So many statements, words, phrases of combined words have been projected on us and play like a broken record over and over and over again.

It is not the experience or the experiencer that is to blame on how one relates to the reality projected off an unclear mirror that we live in and by. It is what it is and should be allowed to be seen in truth as such, which means it is out of our control and is not what we have been lead to believe about our experience when it is projected by the mindset of the smoky mirror, the subconsciousness.

The lightening beings are here all day everyday striking their medicines unexpectedly, over and sometimes over again at us, that is a non-ending cycle, there is no magical pill that would somehow stop the experience here. It is what it is. Seeing it, showing up and dealing with it in the true terms of what it is and not what you want it to be is being fully awake, yes being awake can be the most shattering part of our full experience here. Sometimes you fight, ward off and sometimes you remember to pray for the protection for the unexpected experience that you see is coming over the horizon.

I have a real experience to share You. I was in the canyon De Murto on a vision quest with three other women. The XXXX XXXXX family was hosting me. We used their sacred space which had a hogon, cornfield, and the canyon. There was a sacred place on top of one of the towers. The family left us there and would come to visit. A storm was coming lightening and thunder. The grandmother took her metal fire poker outside and thrust it up toward the sky at the lightning and shouted in Navaho at the lightning to leave this place where we were at and returned. The next grandmother took a special medicine handmade pot filled with corn pollen. and went outside with the pot in her left, close to her heart and in her right hand reached into the pot and collected a pinch of pollen. She held the sacred corn pollen up into the storm and asked that all be protected within, thank you, released the pollen and returned inside. The grandmothers asked me which was the right way, the right path? In which I replied both are.

The iron rod is a lightning rod, it will get struck sometimes.

The prayer blessing is the gratitude for protection when struck.
