Earthing: also known as Grounding

Earthing (also known as grounding) refers to contact with the Earth’s surface electrons by walking barefoot outside or sitting, working, or sleeping indoors connected to conductive systems, some of them patented, that transfer the energy from the ground into the body.

The Cranial Method-Advanced Cranial Sacral-Quantum Connective Medicine

The History of Craniosacral Therapy…

In the early 1900s, in osteopathic school, William Sutherland came to the conclusion that skull bones are capable of shifting – an unorthodox medical view still not fully accepted today. A visionary and pioneer, sensing the far-reaching spiritual implications of his findings, he developed a treatment method making him the grandfather of cranial osteopathy.

Then John Upledger, D.O., author of Your Inner Physician and You (North Atlantic), made a major leap when he discovered why skull bones move in 1975 (explained below) and started to talk openly about the cranial rhythm. He began working with students who weren’t medical professionals. Ten years later, he founded the Upledger Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The word was out: “It works!” In 1994 the American Craniosacral Therapy Association, also located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. was created. Last year, the Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America, which has a sister organization in Europe, was set up with headquarters in Canada.

Still a new kid on the block, when compared to other medical modalities like Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, craniosacral therapy with its many schools and forms, is now one of the fastest-growing practices in alternative medicine. Hundreds of massage therapists are being trained, while many psychotherapists, acupuncturists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, dentists, and medical doctors are adding it to their list of tools. Increasingly used as a preventive health measure, this practice seems to be blurring the boundaries between the health professions because it’s easy to learn and safe.

How does craniosacral therapy work…

On a surface level, the practitioner works with the bones of the skull and the pelvis. This affects, in turn, the deeper layers of membranes and cerebrospinal fluids in the spinal canal, the brain, and the spinal cord itself. Why is this important?

A pulse through the fluids proceeds through the entire craniosacral system, like a tidal wave, from the sutures in the skull to the spinal cord. Cycling about six to ten times a minute, causes tiny movements measuring no more than one-or two-sixteenths of an inch. “It’s a hydraulic system,” says Dr. Upledger, noting how all the components work together to regulate the pressure of these fluids on the brain. “There has to be an optimal circulation, which depends on constant mobility,” he explains. When the membranes and lubricating liquids lose their freedom to glide freely, we hurt and symptoms start.

It’s easy to imagine how even the slightest impact, lesion, or distortion can stretch or strain this delicate system. Any infraction causing nerve endings to alter their perception and signals can negatively affect our entire well-being. Craniosacral therapy helps the body to re-establish an unobstructed wave, which is how symptoms disappear.

There’s also a unique and undeniable spiritual dimension to this practice: “The craniosacral wave isn’t just a physical phenomenon,” says Dr. Milne. “It’s also a field of information and intelligence. In the tiny movements of the system, and in the still points in between, is consciousness.” Dr. Upledger refers to this intelligence as the inner physician, explaining: “The inner wisdom which knows what is wrong, why it’s wrong, and how to correct it. The body tells the therapist what needs to be done.”

Thus, craniosacral work is based on a shamanistic and meditative approach as well as on physiological facts, making it doubly powerful.

What happens during a session…

“There is no need for a client to tell me verbally what’s wrong,” Dr. Upledger says. He prefers to remain open to the body’s own language, although some therapists may want to talk with you first. For the hands-on work to be most effective, you should wear loose, thin clothing. This way, the practitioner can better sense what’s going on in your body. You’ll be asked to lie on your back on a massage table.

By quietly resting the hands-on your skull and sacrum, the therapist evaluates your craniosacral rhythms. This in itself can create a shift in energy. Sometimes, the therapist’s hands become aware of places along the column where energy is stuck or heated. She then uses the bones of the sacrum and cranium as “handles” to manipulate the deeper layers of fluid and membranes. No instruments or devices are used.

In sessions lasting 45 – 60 minutes, clients and therapists work closely together. “Ideally,” says Dr. Milne, “the client clears a mental space so something might occur.” The therapist waits and listens. You might feel a quieting down, sinking in, and deeper awareness. The whole idea is that the practitioner works with such gentleness and

subtleness that the body itself can do the healing and necessary adjustments. “It’s a question of trust,” Dr. Upledger notes. A session can be described as a physically connected meditation, in which hidden information in the craniosacral system reveals itself.

Healing then can occur via the corrective mechanism known as the still point, the spontaneous quiet between waves. Typically, you have one every three to four minutes, and it lasts from five to sixty seconds. It’s a natural pause in the rhythm. Synchronizing and optimizing the brain waves, pulses into, through, and linking up parts of the body to the rhythm of the brain.

Par’s discoveries from Long Distant Healing on my Radio Show

These Posts PAR sent me over 4 days after his long-distance healing we did live on my radio show…

Please see the record of the radio show, PAR was on the second hour, I did remote healing on him, the first time he ever experienced anything like it…

I imagine co2-snow in water ..making “bubbles rise up.. ..I had a mental “freeing” image of “bubbles rising in fluids from step shaped “ice cubes as a step pyramid two along side each other and orange hue color for my inner eye and release of “energy and well being rising/arising”..

..it was a very refreshing and relieving feeling to stretch my body/shoulders and close my eyes and have this sensation running trhough it!

..recap your own energy now ..thanks for a very interesting moment of healing on your show.

I have a very nice session with a wise healer telling me to “skip all those regrets” ..

..this wise healer also told me the “no sorries in need for this ..just raise your protection when in need”

All day I had ran I very nice “focus on me and my own need (to onw and make me my own self first priority) ..

.. Normally will attack me for “smallest things that is visible/audible” around me “going about work” with her argument it “hurts her ears/self-confidence if she can not manage and control me I would assume ..

..this day was sort of “I will do what ever” since it is really the benefit of me if I service my things..

,.thinking about the nice day and the very interesting session you offered so generously ..and thinking about the interesting affects of the left shoulder already presenting itself..

..then I made that “normal” ..I slipped getting things under control again a “sorry” slipped over my lips ..meant as a “nice gesture” towards the one always looking for moments just like that ..and something more interesting occured ..a strong “almost pain/fencing/fending off/anger feel” arouse strongly in my right upper side chest clearly indicating that sorry need not be.. ..and “go git her done” had made its impression and my sense of putting “excuses and sorries” aside and have some space for me without this “tip toeing”..

.quite very “physical oriented guiding direction innersource shape scape” and well in line with a lot of the sacred wise guiding you gifted me so generously (and intelligently) with just a short day previous..

..in one level your wisdom to connect to something in me physically was quite “the thing” and from there I bet also the mental structure of your “treating it” while talking to me was a central (at minimum) aid in getting my attention towards it ..and if the cure was the mental-pshycological connection of the meta-aspects of “finding/treating” still leaves the aspect of your wisdom clearly obvious for me ..your word “I (bridgette) would always outperform a machine” was in a way quite telling just even the more so from you allowing me to experience it..

..how you fixed my shoulder really beats me.. ..I bow myself in awe!

..I attribute these “new behavioral traits” towards this interesting session from being on your radio show late Saturday (USA) Sunday night (Norway).

Sutherland described alternating coiling and uncoiling of the convolutions, or gyri, of the brain. He named the expansion phase the inhalation or flexion phase of the cycle. He termed the constriction phase the exhalation, or extension phase of this cycling of the Primary Respiratory Mechanism. Sutherland recognized the convolutions and fissures of the brain as being
designed to accommodate the intrinsic rhythmical activity of the brain, coiling, and uncoiling in a spiral form. This spiral form of the structures of the brain allows motion to take place in a synchronous fashion, fitting into the structures of the dura mater and cranium. This motion is very subtle (Sutherland 1998, 74-75, 119, Sutherland 1990, 63, 64, 172).

BRIDGETTE LYN DOLGOFF – ITEL – 12.12.20 on Inside the EYE

Bridgette Lyn Dolgoff, host of “Carrying Stones And Digging Holes To Cultivate Consciousness” joined Inside the Eye – Live! on 12.12.20.  I am not sure how she came up with such a long name but saying it seemed to take up 1/8 of the show.  Bridgette co-hosts the show with Kelsey Sweet.  It can be heard on Revolution.radio at 8 pm every Saturday on Studio B.

All joking aside, Bridgette Lyn was asked about such a search engine friendly name (lots of keywords in that show name), as well as being asked quite a bit more.

For instance, Bridgette Lyn discussed her long-time efforts to be involved in Nevada politics and how, over time, she became an outsider who was somewhat of an insider.

Much of Bridgette Lyn’s efforts revolve around her practice of alternative medicine so a fair amount of time of the second half of the interview was spent on Lyn’s insights and experiences with alternative medicine practice from both practice and legal/regulatory perspectives.

You can hear the entire interview here:

Inherited Tendency: Rudolph Steiner

4423622

There is no phrase more frequently mentioned than ‘inherited tendency.’ No man is considered an educated man today who does not mention it at least two or three times a week! An educated man must at least make himself acquainted with what the learned, medical profession has ascertained as to ‘inherited tendencies.’ When a person does not know what to make of himself, most people say at once: ‘he is suffering from an inherited tendency.’ Anyone not saying that is regarded as badly educated, perhaps among other things an Anthroposophist!

Here Science begins not only to go astray in theory but also to be injurious to life. This is the boundary where theory encroaches on morality — where it is immoral to hold a wrong theory. Here, life’s strength and security really depend on correct knowledge. What will a man be able to do who, through the right spiritual conception in his soul, strengthens, fortifies himself by taking in the elixir of life? No matter what he may have inherited, these inheritances are only in the physical body or at most in the etheric body. Through his right conception of the world he will be able to make his own vital center stronger and stronger, and will be able to conquer his inherited tendencies; for the spiritual, if present in the right way, is able to equalize the body.

If, however, a man does not strengthen the spiritual core of his being, merely asserting that the spiritual is the fruit of the physical, he will have a weak inner nature, he will be the victim of his inherited tendencies; they will work harmfully in him. No wonder then, that so-called inherited tendencies have such dreadful results; for people are first of all talked into a belief of the powers of such tendencies and are deprived of what counteracts them. The belief in inherited tendencies is cultivated, and the spiritual conception of the world — the best weapon with which to fight them, — is taken away. First, the power of the inherited tendencies is discovered, and by this means they become active. Not only is this a wrong insight, which arouses a life-destroying activity and takes the weapons of defense out of the hands of the sufferer, but it is the beginning of a theory-based absolutely on a materialistic conception. Here a materialistic conception of the world begins to play a part which is in effect not only theoretically incorrect but immoral.

This cannot be got over, simply by saying that those who assert such things are mistaken. We need not be too severe in judging those who put forth these theories. We are not attacking individual scientists here; it is quite comprehensible that they are involved in a line of thought which must lead to such errors — we must admit this in all fairness. The one, perhaps, may not be able to free himself from scientific tradition; another perhaps considers it excusable, for, having a wife and children he would be in an awkward position if he were to break away from the ruling opinions.

But the whole thing must be considered as a phenomenon of the times, for Science is beginning not only to spread abroad false theories but to take away the life-promoting remedies, the spiritual conception of life, which is able to fortify and which is alone able to stand up against the physical, — the power which must otherwise overwhelm man. The physical can only possess overwhelming power as long as a man does not build up strength in his spiritual nature. If he does this, a warrior will grow up within him, a warrior who will defend him against the physical.

Reconsidering YOUR Controlled Beliefs about YOUR Reality

In order to keep us obedient and meek and weak, the predators engaged themselves in a stupendous maneuver – stupendous, of course, from the point of view of a fighting strategist. A horrendous maneuver from the point of view of those who suffer it. They gave us their mind!Through the mind, which, after all, is their mind, the predators inject into the lives of human beings whatever is convenient for them.” Don Juan Matus

Have a strategy for his life. If you do not, you will end up a mere reflection of society, with your original self all but buried. Don Juan Matus

Can freedom come from control? The very nature of bondage is control, and yet most of us seek freedom through greater and greater control in our lives. Is there a link between psychological suffering and the pervasive need to feel that we are in control? History repeats itself, every single day. When we watch ourselves—when we observe our thoughts and actions on a daily basis—the degree to which we live according to certain patterns becomes glaringly obvious. Most of us take these patterns for granted, or are not even conscious of them, and so we’re not aware of the power they have in our lives. Going a step further, what we understand to be free will and personal agency are deeply governed by these patterns—which are essentially expressions of our conditioning—to the point that we might question the validity of these notions as they are commonly understood. At first, this understanding can be disconcerting; it can be scary to think that we are not really in control of our own lives, but this realization also has the power to release us from a great deal of confusion and suffering. Indeed, the notion of control itself may one of the most deeply embedded illusions in the human mind, and sages throughout history have pointed this out to help us let go of something that causes an immense amount of psychological suffering. This awareness can be freeing, having the power to lead us to a transformative understanding of ourselves. The suffering that arises from our patterns and conditioning is closely tied to misunderstanding. Maya, The Great Illusion (as the term is often described based on Vedic texts), can also be understood as a web of deeply rooted misunderstandings about ourselves and the nature of reality. Why is it that we are so compelled to be in control? What understandings—or misunderstandings—lead us to believe that control is so absolutely imperative to every aspect of our lives? Is it possible that fear and insecurity are behind most expressions of control? There are many answers to these questions, however we might benefit more by not dwelling merely on questions and answers, but rather by passively observing the patterns we live by—which include our judgments and beliefs—and seeing for ourselves the truth behind these patterns and what role they are playing in our own lives. In watching our patterns and gradually (or suddenly) realizing the freedom that lies in letting go of rigid ownership of every thought and action that arises, the possibility of a different way of being arises. We can become aware of certain judgments and beliefs, and instead of automatically agreeing with them or acting on them, we can step back and see what happens if we just let them pass. We can introduce a spaciousness into our awareness that lets us relate to thoughts in intelligent and creative ways, as opposed to being blindly led around by them. With greater awareness comes greater understanding, and we may become aware of certain core beliefs that underlie many of our thoughts. Many people are plagued by thoughts that come from a central belief that they are not whole, that they are not good enough as they are. They may default to thinking they have done something wrong, even when they have actually acted appropriately or even done something good from a place of kindness, creativity or authenticity. Bringing light to such patterns and the beliefs that perpetuate them, we can begin to question their validity and loosen their grip on us. By seeing how we’re acting out patterns and that we’re not unique in this sense, we can have a bit more compassion for ourselves when we make mistakes, as well as for others when they make their own mistakes. We still need to claim responsibility for our actions, but we can also see them from a different angle that makes it possible for us to learn from them and ultimately transform ourselves. Though we think we are in control, this illusion actually binds us to the control of our patterns, of our conditioning, with all their divisive and painful judgments and beliefs. And so, to control is to be controlled. Seeing this as a fact, we might pause and begin to reassess what’s actually occurring in our own lives, what’s driving our thoughts and actions. We can hopefully begin to relax a bit more as we nurture inner peace from a place of awareness, and find some more intelligent and creative approaches to living and relating to each other. JR “Is there in daily existence a way of living in which every form of psychological control ceases to exist?—because control means effort, it means division between the controller and the controlled; I am angry, I must control my anger; I smoke, I must not smoke and I must resist smoking. We are saying there is something totally different and this may be misunderstood and may be rejected altogether because it is very common to say that all life is control—if you do not control you will become permissive, nonsensical, without meaning, therefore you must control. Religions, philosophies, teachers, your family, your mother, they all encourage you to control. We have never asked: Who is the controller?” J. Krishnamurti,

Don’t waste your energy worrying about things. Everyone is locked in a vicious cycle. We all have our magic cure which we trust will cure everything, and resolve every one of our problems. At the moment, perhaps we can’t afford it, but we have great hopes that we eventually will be able to. Don Juan Matus

“What we have become accustomed to witnessing is a social illusion that takes precedence due to the fact that the process is so intrusive that it becomes difficult to bear witness to the unobtrusive, which is so subtle in comparison.” Lujan Matus

We are not naturally petty and contradictory. Our pettiness and contradictions are, rather, the result of a transcendental conflict that afflicts every one of us, but of which only sorcerers are painfully and hopelessly aware: the conflict of our two minds! One is our true mind, the product of all our life experiences, the one that rarely speaks because it has been defeated and relegated to obscurity. The other, the mind we use daily for everything we do, is a foreign installation. Don Juan Matus

In order to get by, we make invisible agreements with others – spouse, children, society, God – but the most important agreements we make, are with ourselves. Some of them benefit us, but many others make us suffer. We hang onto them because we believe we would be something less without them. According to Toltec wisdom, most people’s problems stem from not being able to forgive themselves that they are not perfect, yet it is other people’s rules that they are trying to measure up to – not their own. Miguel Ruiz

“Awareness” is energy and “energy” is constant flux, a luminous vibration that is never stationary, but always moving of its own accord. Don Juan Matus

In Toltec wisdom, the world or ‘reality’ is seen as a collective dream. The word used for this fog of perception is mitote, which is similar to the Hindu word for illusion, maya. This dream is the same as normal dreams, except that its rules and customs of understanding and behaving enable it to seem more real. We are born into a ready-made phantasm which includes language, culture, religion and family, and we agree to go along with it because it is too difficult to resist. This process of ‘the domestication of humans’. Miguel Ruiz

“The constant assertion of belief is an indication of fear.”
― Jiddu Krishnamurti

“NO MAN STEPS INTO THE SAME RIVER TWICE; FOR IT IS NOT THE SAME RIVER, AND HE IS NOT THE SAME MAN.” -HERACLITUS

“You have to live the way you are going to end up.” Lujan Matus

“We can intend not to be our program.” Lujan Matus

“When a not-doing comes upon you, and there is no reflection of yourself to be found, many things can and will be related back to you as knowledge, yet you have no way of knowing how you assimilated that wisdom.” Lujan Matus

Sorcerers’ aspirations are to reach infinity, and to be conscious of it. The task of sorcerers is to face infinity. They plunge into it daily, as a fisherman plunges into the sea. It is such an overwhelming task that sorcerers have to state their names before venturing into it. In this manner, they assert their individuality in front of the infinite. What makes human beings into sorcerers is their capacity to perceive energy directly as it flows in the universe. Human beings are not only capable of seeing energy directly as it flows in the universe, but they actually do see it, although they are not deliberately conscious of seeing it. Don Juan Matus
