I come from the realm of the invisible,
And penetrate anew
The stream of my earthly life,
The house of my earthly body.
I thank the world of Spirit,
Which has held my soul.
I thank the world of earth
Which has guarded my body.
May the Light of Grandfather
In the light of day
Shine for my soul
Upon paths of earth.
May the holy aims of Creation
Which have warmed my soul in sleep
Be remembered through the aid of the Creator
In waking Deeds.

Mourn·ing ~ the expression of deep sorrow for someone who has died, typically involving following certain conventions such as wearing black clothes.

Wake/A Wake ~ a watch or vigil held beside the body of someone who has died, sometimes accompanied by ritual observances including eating and drinking.
I like to use expressing like: I am in the daydream or I am in the night dream, have a good night dream, have a good daydream, getting away from words and language they have darker and death meanings and do your own research on words you use every day that may have double meanings.

Categories you should include in your waking dream and ideas of what those categories can include: 

Mental: meditation, chanting, prayer, listening, connecting, quiet

Physical: sunlight, stretching, intentional movement, food, drink, herbal infusions, water elixirs, tea blends

Emotional: smells, breath work, incents, herbal smoking, prayer, visual, working with sacred space/personal altar

Spiritual/Energetic: expansion, greatfulness, starting new, reflective/mirroring, generating power practices

CRYSTAL ELIXIRS: THE DIRECT METHOD

  1. First things first, select a crystal, choose one specific to your particular needs, rose quartz for self-love, amethyst for healing, or simply choose clear quartz and infuse it with an intention.
  2. Cleanse the crystal, there are many ways to do this, the method I use is to simply hold it under running water, and visualize white light washing over it. All negative and old energies will simply wash away.
  3. Place your crystal in a glass vessel, and pour spring water over it.
  4. Leave the vessel out in the sun to receive solar energy throughout the day, or under the moonlight for luna energy.
  5. Strain the liquid – as it may have collected debris such as leaves or twigs, through a paper filter, direct into a large glass bottle. Keep going until it is two thirds full, then add one-third vodka or brandy as a preservative. Remember – water is the perfect medium for bacteria to grow, so this part is essential.
  6. Label and date your large bottle as the ‘Mother’ elixir.
  7. Fill a smaller glass dropper bottle with water, and add a dozen drops of the Mother elixir. Now you have a portable sized elixir to use throughout the day. Even though it only contains a small amount of the Mother, it is enough for the vibrational signature to transfer over to the new medium.
