Theme This Week is “the Great Unraveling”. Finally let go needed to allow this reality to fall apart. Pressure has been on us most of our lives to buck up, conform, get in line, follow along and getter done. Those days are now over. The big release of internal pressure is about to blow. The inner pressure that has been building for lifetimes will not be able to be held within anymore, the breaking point or unraveling is on us. Remember to find ways to deal with and project your anger, rage, hate in a direction that does no harm, do no harm. I like to drive to a mountain top and scream until I lose my voice. Sometimes I scream a lot of bad words too! First the Unraveling, then recovery will be next. We are addicted to this reality and like all addictions when you get off it is a horrible period, then you get into recovery.

Sunday, December 12, 2021, Global Energy Check: Mental instability everywhere. You will see a massive shift in people not being able to hold it together anymore. As the lies roll out this week like never before, people will become mentally unstable, and unresponsive. Minimize forcing things forward, get present in this moment, focus on what you can do: being safe, warm, sleep more, drink more water, eat better, basically take care of yourself. Rest will be needed for what is coming. Stay out of anger, do not take any of this personally, it is what it is, and focus on you and what you need minute by minute.

Theme This Week is about Arraignment versus Arrangement. We put ourselves on trial in our minds until we create some form of trial outside of us to prove we are innocent or in many cases guilty. Competition and perfectionism have us so focused on the past, arraignment is a past word, what are you arraigning yourself about or others, or is the world reflecting this back to you in some way about how far you have taken these punishments against yourself. When have you suffered enough? Who or what are you arraigned with? What will ultimately be your punishment and have you really done anything in your life worthy of that action? You have to end the mental war inside, to end the entrapments and hooks of the war outside. The war outside may never change, but it is about you that changes in your reaction to it by your reactions, thoughts about yourself. Free your mind (the Matrix). Arraignment with yourself and your life or make a new arrangement (future word) in the now for the future?

Theme This Week is choosing the road you want to travel, two roads have always been the same presented. Love it only choice now, let it pour into you and all over your life, onto the home you live, the property, your job, your office, your friends, your families, and anything you do. I personally am not big on the word LOVE, I like to use the word force, like in the force of all things created by the Creator. Sometimes you need a visual:

Sit quietly on a chair, on the floor, lay in your bed, relax, breath long deep breaths until you feel connected, relaxed, and present. Imagine a liquid flow of light, like a creek rolling down a hill from above. Allow this flow from the heavens to pour forth into your head and spread through your body out your hands and feet, imagine this flow of light and love or force to carry with you all day, leaving puddles of love everywhere. Allow your mind to dictate the color of the liquid daily as vibration changes in what you need, the world needs.
