Medicated Oil/Ghee How To:

Medicated oil or Medicated Ghee has been part of Ayurveda Medicine for Centuries. The Medicated Oil that I make can be used in the same manner for all kinds of issues: infections, overgrowth of bacteria, fungus, molds, viruses, old infections, scar tissues, and more.

Though you can make medicated oils and ghees for internal use as well, my medicated oils are for external use only. In the future, I will be producing a line fat based products that can be taken internally as well.

Can be used on people and animals.

Can be used in sinus/nasal, eyes, ears, and on skin and wounds.

Not suitable for foot fungus, not strong enough. You need an internal and external remedy for food fungus. I recommend LDM-100 for internal and a Black Walnut for external. Oregano oil is too strong to be taken internally, could cause kidney and liver failure long term.

In EYES: One to Two Drops

In EARS: One to Two Drops

In NASAL: In NOSE drop 4 to 5 drops of oil, then cover the opposite with finger and snort back into the sinus passage. Do both sides! We have old and sometimes hidden infections in there that have not been completely dealt with that can keep erupting year after year. We also have scar tissue in the sinus passages that the oil can repair, fix, clean up.

Recently I made a medicated oil not only for all that I covered here but also for PCR test issues and damage. I have 10/ 1 oz bottles left. They are 25 dollars each and 7 dollars for shipping. If interested contact me:

Urban Farming Backyard Potato Bins

These were potato growing bins that I made for growing potatoes easily in a backyard growing operation. You could use boxes, other types of buckets.

You can take off, saw off the bottom of the bucket so that the potatoes are touching the ground, or drill large drainage holes in the bottom adding 4 inches of dirt.

Potatoes like things a bit on the bland side, bone meals can be added to the dirt. Do not overwater.

Place buckets where you want them, full sun, the base of dirt, add your potato pieces from cutting potatoes into parts of the plant, making sure at least one eye is visiable. This would be a dent like an eye where the plant would grow out of. In these potato bins, I put 6 pieces, one in the middle and 5 around.

Place a small amount of dirt with another dried carbon mix on top, lightly water. Once they start growing keep adding dried leaves, straw to the tops as they grow up. In the fall just lift the container and dump out and wa’la a bunch of easy picking potatoes.

How to make Viking Beard WAX with PAR from Sweden

Today I tried my hand at making Viking Beard Wax from the instruction of my good friend PAR from Sweden. It turned out amazing for the high desert here, i have a couple of men to test it for feedback.

I used coconut oil, I know people of the past would use rendered animal fast for skin salves, hair, and beards. I used coconut oil. I use was pastille’s instead of the hard wax I also have. I used pine nut tree sap I collect several months ago on the ground up in an old pinon pine nut tree area, I did use a scrub brush on the clumps of sap with water to clean them. The Tree bark and other embedded stuff can be removed once it is all melting.

For a High Desert Viking Beard Wax, it was important to be most moisturizing. The men who have beards here are talking about their beards as too fluffy, fly away, all over the place, I took this to mean to dry.

8 oz: (4) 2 oz containers: 2oz or 1/4 cup of coconut oil: 3 oz or 1/4 cup “over” the top of sap: 4 oz of 1/2 cup of wax.

Laramie Wyoming: I Need a Place to live and Grow Food!

My name is Bridgette, I am a Traditional Osteopath (30 years), Nutritionalist, and Herbalist who works on people, animals, and nature. I am ready to leave Northern Nevada it has become a total nightmare of the influx of people from California. I am anti-Vax. I have an amazing 10-year-old who is a retired service dog. Eventually, I will be getting funding to buy land in Wyoming to build a humanitarian project to reskill combat vets into urban farmers on a biodynamic farm. I will also be opening a coop to help other farms have a place to sell their goods, a clinic, and an apothecary. Covid has messed up the timeline for the funding. I dreamed about Laramie all for so many years and then when I saw it I knew that is where the rest of my life would start.

Right now what am I looking for is a private room, a separate small apartment on land, even a yurt in Laramie Wyoming, or a Surrounding Area, I am good with off-grid living, the simpler the better? I would like to find a very affordable place to live, a place where I could grow food, set up a food growing build, close to storage would be a bonus, I would be moving the stuff I have which is already boxed up and ready to go. I am also educated in Biodynamic tools, remedies, philosophies, and practices. Covid destroyed my business, my practice in the Reno area, and I will be starting over, which I am very excited about.

Safety is very important to me as well. There is an herb company that I am very interested in getting to know the people and herbalists so I can learn about the wild plants that grow in Wyoming to make medicines. I have a radio show once a week and I have a few classes online for a two-year medical herbal fellowship that I am in currently, I would need someplace to do these classes online, just need wifi.

I have a lot to offer the right place.

Thank you so much for your time,
Bridgette

Biodynamically inspired compost build.

The study of biodynamics can become a lifelong process with questions usually arising at a far greater rate than seemingly definitive answers. But there is a calm that can come from knowing that we don’t know and realizing that we are all part of something far greater than ourselves.

Biodynamic agriculture is an advanced organic farming system that is gaining increased attention for its emphasis on food quality and soil health. Biodynamic agriculture developed out of eight lectures on agriculture given in 1924 by Rudolf Steiner (1861−1925), an Austrian scientist and philosopher, to a group of farmers near Breslau (which was then in the eastern part of Germany
and is now Wroclaw in Poland). These lectures, as well as four supplemental lessons, are published in a book titled Spiritual Foundations for the Renewal of Agriculture, originally published in English as An Agricultural Course

Inherited Tendency: Rudolph Steiner

4423622

There is no phrase more frequently mentioned than ‘inherited tendency.’ No man is considered an educated man today who does not mention it at least two or three times a week! An educated man must at least make himself acquainted with what the learned, medical profession has ascertained as to ‘inherited tendencies.’ When a person does not know what to make of himself, most people say at once: ‘he is suffering from an inherited tendency.’ Anyone not saying that is regarded as badly educated, perhaps among other things an Anthroposophist!

Here Science begins not only to go astray in theory but also to be injurious to life. This is the boundary where theory encroaches on morality — where it is immoral to hold a wrong theory. Here, life’s strength and security really depend on correct knowledge. What will a man be able to do who, through the right spiritual conception in his soul, strengthens, fortifies himself by taking in the elixir of life? No matter what he may have inherited, these inheritances are only in the physical body or at most in the etheric body. Through his right conception of the world he will be able to make his own vital center stronger and stronger, and will be able to conquer his inherited tendencies; for the spiritual, if present in the right way, is able to equalize the body.

If, however, a man does not strengthen the spiritual core of his being, merely asserting that the spiritual is the fruit of the physical, he will have a weak inner nature, he will be the victim of his inherited tendencies; they will work harmfully in him. No wonder then, that so-called inherited tendencies have such dreadful results; for people are first of all talked into a belief of the powers of such tendencies and are deprived of what counteracts them. The belief in inherited tendencies is cultivated, and the spiritual conception of the world — the best weapon with which to fight them, — is taken away. First, the power of the inherited tendencies is discovered, and by this means they become active. Not only is this a wrong insight, which arouses a life-destroying activity and takes the weapons of defense out of the hands of the sufferer, but it is the beginning of a theory-based absolutely on a materialistic conception. Here a materialistic conception of the world begins to play a part which is in effect not only theoretically incorrect but immoral.

This cannot be got over, simply by saying that those who assert such things are mistaken. We need not be too severe in judging those who put forth these theories. We are not attacking individual scientists here; it is quite comprehensible that they are involved in a line of thought which must lead to such errors — we must admit this in all fairness. The one, perhaps, may not be able to free himself from scientific tradition; another perhaps considers it excusable, for, having a wife and children he would be in an awkward position if he were to break away from the ruling opinions.

But the whole thing must be considered as a phenomenon of the times, for Science is beginning not only to spread abroad false theories but to take away the life-promoting remedies, the spiritual conception of life, which is able to fortify and which is alone able to stand up against the physical, — the power which must otherwise overwhelm man. The physical can only possess overwhelming power as long as a man does not build up strength in his spiritual nature. If he does this, a warrior will grow up within him, a warrior who will defend him against the physical.
